Passion for Sewing
A few months before quitting my job at Disney, I bought a sewing machine and my life drastically changed XD I instantly fell in love with sewing my own costumes, although the first ones were pretty bad. I felt stimulated in ways I had never been before. Often in the past, I wanted to perform and embody certain characters but finding a costume stopped me from doing it. Now that I could make my own stuff, a new world opened before my eyes and the sky was the limit. I wanted to learn more and more, I wanted to challenge myself with bigger and more elaborate costumes everytime I was starting a new project.

Making Friends for Life
Cosplay gave me confidence. It allowed me to see myself in a new light. When I was working for Disney, I was told what characters I could or could not do, and to be completely honnest, it fueled some of my insecurities. But with Cosplay, I could do whatever I wanted and I did! That new feeling of freedom was better than anything I could have imagined and when I started meeting people with the same passion, it got even better. I met @Nikitacosplay in Lille during a convention, and it didn't take very long before we became best friends. Not only were we both sewing addicts, but we loved to perform. With every duo we created came a photoshoot, a little dance routine, and sometimes even a short stage performance. We gave life to anything we wanted, we let our imaginations run wild and we created magic. To this day, some of the most beautiful pictures I have are the ones I have taken with Nikita.

Once Upon A Show
In my eyes Cosplay is always more fun when you are with friends, and after a few years being absolutely iconic as a duo, Nikita and I gathered with our closest friends to create a Cosplay Company. Mixing all of our knowledge about the performing arts, we held auditions to recruit new members who were willing to follow us on this crazy new adventure. Our first production was our very own version of "Beauty and the Beast", it took us about a year to create this Cosplay Show and we put so much love into it. Currenty we are working on a brand new production of "The Little Mermaid", if you wanna follow our adventures, you should definetely consider giving a follow to our instagram account @ouas.cosplay
